Quadra Homes

Quadra Homes is the luxury condo division of the John Redekop Group.  The Redekop Group has been building quality residential and commercial development projects in British Columbia for over 40 years.  

 The Redekop Group began in the agricultural sector and still has very significant agricultural operations in British Columbia.  In 1964 Redekop moved into the construction industry. Redekop today is the 2nd largest shareholder in publicly traded Wall Financial Corporation, developers of Wall Sheraton Centre and other elite developments in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. The Redekop Group also has its own construction divisions, including the luxury condo Quadra Homes division.

The Quadra Homes mandate is to build luxury condos with five principles as goals:

1. We want our homes to be a great investment for our home owners
2. We want our buyers to take pride in, and love living in their new homes
3. We strive to create exceptional architecture
4. We want our homes to be a ‘cut above’ our competitors in both quality and features
5. We are members of Canada’s Green Building Council and we strive to create homes with a low carbon impact
